In a live online Song Bath, you can renew your body and soul in the comfort of your own home. Deborah usually plays her large ‘mother drum’ for the first 20 minutes.  She then moves to seat herself among the crystal and Himalayan bowls for the remaining 40 minutes.

Prepare ahead for the best experience. Set aside the time so you won’t be interrupted. Earbuds, headphones or speakers provide much more visceral sound. Make yourself comfortable, either lying down or sitting in meditation. You may also engage in a creative activity as you listen. Together, we will generate a deep and sacred space. After the live events, access the recordings in the
Song Bath Sanctuary Archive. Live Song Baths happen most Sundays at 6pm PT/9pm ET.
