International Panel: Parliamentarians Supporting Departments of Peace in Their Countries Global Alliance for Ministries and Departments of Peace
Vancouver BC, Canada, June 25, 2006
I was honored to draw at this seminal event of government representatives who are working to integrate structures supportive of peace into their governmental systems. Through the immediacy of Touch Drawing I was able to translate the content and feeling-tone of their presentations into images. In support of this vital cause, I have embellished most of the drawings with color. 20% of proceeds from the sale of prints will go to the hosts of this event, the Canadian Peace Alliance http://www.departmentofpeace.ca/. The international movement can be accessed at http://www.mfp-dop.org.
